Talking Brake pads.

Time to change my brake pads, and I wonder which is the best pad out there for stopping performance as well as reduce DUST!
How good is EDC greenstuff?
Let me know guys.

EBC Greenstuff pads are great. They offer good initial grip, and very consistent feel. The dust they produce is very very small, compared to stock pads. I've had my set on for over 20k miles and they're still great. No squeel or anything.

There are lots of comments on different boards about EBC Brake Pads worping rotors. Maybe they are too hard, and that's why they don't produce too much brake dust, but at a cost of damaging your rotors.

I had the EBC greenstuff for my E430. Squeaked like crazy and never stopped. So I just went back to the original MB brake pads.

I got Porterfiels R4S front and rear for about 300 miles now. I love them no noise at all but definily no dust (less dust). Usually my rim is black by brake dust the next day after I wash it. It been almost 2 week and my wheel still look new. when I ran my finger on the rim there is a little dust (very little).

I got my from Jerry @ myroadster.net. It came with the brake kit (soap, hi-temp grease). It take me a long time to sanding, washing and lube all the part and the brake in for the pad. Just follow the instruction.

For the stop power, I did not feel (my FEELING) anything better but the instruction said no panic stop for the first 300-400 miles.
