w209 springs
hi i just bought carlsson UL 1/16 19" on michelin ps2 tires, vehicle is 2004 clk55 cabrio, was wondering if i would need the car lowered? i dont have the wheels yet so was wondering if i should be ordering springs as well. tires would be 235/35 and 265/30 can anyone advise me if it would be too high with my stock setup? and if so what springs would you recommend? tia

depends on the weather
when plus sizing your wheel and tire package the shorter sidewall does give the illusion of a larger fender gap even though it is the same .... the reason is that for most people when looking at a car the proper proportion is the gap should be 1/2 of the sidewall height ...
