Lowenhart LE1 on 2003 E500

Hi guys,

I have to say good bye to my MAYA STM 20s due to an accident, and I can not find a replacement of STM due to discontinue from MAYA or Dazz. I got a really good offer by the wheel shop "Lowenhart LE1 20X9 and 20X10." I am planning to use TOYO's 245X30X20 and 285X25X20's tires. Here is my problem:

The wheel has different offset as what I am using now. The front wheel 20X9 +39 offset and rear 20X10 +44 offset. The wheels will fit, but I think it might rubb the inside. Do I need a spacer? of without spacer?

My car is a 2003 E500.

I understand adding a spacer was not a good idea, but the deal on these wheels were really good. Suggestion are welcome. Thanks in advance.
