I have a question about these wheels. From reading a few forums people seem to be buying them for track use, but how do they fair on the street? Would they be strong enough for daily use, or should I be looking at stronger wheels for this pot hole ridden city

The TR Motorsports product line does offer a very good value. The wheels are manufactured to very high standards for use on the track or on the road. Many people use them for double duty daily driving them as well as running them at motorsport events on the weekend

Thanks luke, that sounds more reassuring. Since those wheels only come in a 18x8.5" size for CLKs, would it be possible to run a 235/40/18 front and 255/35/18 in the rear? Or should all four tires be the same size?
