Will 16" Wheels (for winter) clear brakes on a C300 ?
Looking for a set of winter tires once I get my car in Nov...
Would 16" Wheels fit?
What are the specs I should look for?
Assuming the C230 wheels would fit, but what offsets would I need to clear the brakes if different wheels are needed...
Or would it be better to just get 17" winters on my stock rims?
Keeping the staggered sizes? or get 4 matched tires?

My understanding is the W203 wheels will not fit the W204 and vice versa. I think the offset is too different. 16" on a W204? Not sure. I would search the car on Tire Rack's website and see what winter wheel/tire fitments are available. Narrower tires are better for winter conditions.
I always like to throw all-season or winter tires on the stock rims and get a larger wheel/tire set for the nicer months.
