How exact? (hub ring question)

How exact? (hub ring question)
Alright I have a set of Brabus IVs that are shaking all over the place and they're dead straight so I know it's hub centric rings that I need.
I just called Brabus NA and got the outter hub diameter of 72.4 and mercedes hub diameter of 66.6
Now the problem...
I can't find a 72.4 outter ring diameter. The closest I can find 72.56
This is a difference of .16mm - is this difference really going to make a difference? That's hardly any size at all.
I'm sure there are some of you out there running Brabus wheels so please help!
