Luke, is it safe to go to a 17 inch wheel on a 190E 2.3-16V?

1987 190E 2.3-16V
Luke, is it safe to go to a 17 inch wheel on a 190E 2.3-16V?
stock size is 15x7 205/55 I was just curious to know if going bigger is safe, oh and are Sp 5000s any good in the snow? thanks-Darren-

depends on the weather
17's on a 190E 16v ... no problem .... 215/40-17 tire size and you'll be good to go
