Need advise on the correction of the offset
F: 245/35-18
R: 285/30-18
Brand: whatever you like. Different tires do different things. Research what tires match your needs, and go with those.
Offset: well, you're getting a double-whammy by buying rims that are about an inch wider, and have ~10mm less offset. The two combining together will move the outer edge of your tire/rim OUTWARDS by about 37-38 mm for the fronts, and about 47 mm for the rears. Spacers will only make that worse, so don't bother with spacers.
Given the width of the tires I suggested, you'll probably have to roll your fenders to prevent rubbing, especially if you're going to lower the car further.
