Help for my '05 E320 CDI tire replacements

I’m happy with the ride and noise from my Michelin Energy MXV4 Plus tires on my E320 CDI. But with 29K easy miles, I’m down to 3/32. One dealer cautioned me away from these saying the were being phased out; a Michelin district rep says “true.”

Any suggestions? I like the low rolling resistance of these but was shocked that Michelin does not warranty these for ANY mileage!!!

BTW, Michelin 1-800 reps are real dummies; all the did was read me verbatim what they post for suggestions on their web site. I need the real expert advise from this forum! Thanks.

depends on the weather
while many of the Energy MXV4 tires are being discontinued the one you have (Energy MXV4 DT) is not going anywhere in the near term. With that said many people I have find the Bridgestone Turanza Serenity to offer better wear, performance, and tread life while maintaining the ride quality.
