the strut setup is still used on high performance cars such as the Porsche 911, all BMWs except the 2007 X5, and several Mercedes-Benz models.
I wonder if some of the benz models include the R230s.

ABC suspensions don't use McPherson strut setups. The ABC strut is incorporated into a much more complicated multi-link suspension.
