alloy rim bolts
The guys over at the W203 board got me worried about using the wrong shape head of wheel bolts..
Can somebody help me with this? Sorry for the bad quality, but my camera wont take macroshots...
They said something about MB bolts being bullet-headed while aftermarket would be funnel-shaped.. which kinda looks like mine. That the aftermarket ones will not seat properly.
Well, I got aftermarket rims too.. knockoff 16" C7 alloys...
TIA

Don't get worried yet.
MB stock wheel bolts have a ball seat. The one in your picture is a cone seat. Which bolt you use depends on the wheel. Most aftermarket wheel makers stick with ball seat when making wheels for MB, but it's not a requirement. If the shape of the bolt hole in your aftermarket wheels matches the shape of the bolts that came with the wheels then all is fine.
