Rebuilding HRE's

Picked up a set of HRE's, someone rebuilt them but definitely not right. So I'm gonna rebuild them. I know the fasteners should be torqued to 25 foot pounds, but I unsure if they need loctite or any assembly lube. I checked on ARP's website (HRE's fastener company) and they stated when assembling and torquing their bolts that you should use a lube to reduce friction so you get a true foot pound reading. Just wondering if it holds true when assembling wheels?
