Changing the Brakes on my R Class

I have an R350. I've done break jobs on several of my previous cars, Acura, Ford, Nissan, Honda but never on an MB. Am I in for any suprises? Does anyone know how many sensors are on the R class break system? I've read some threads and it sounds like MB breaks are pretty straight forward. Just looking for any friendly advise.

should be pretty straight forward with no real surprises providing you are familiar with brake pad wer sensors

My R129 uses 3 sensors, 2 front, one passenger rear. Plan on at least 4 sensors. More importantly go with Ceramic front pads and get rid of that ugly black brake dust.
