How good is the pilot sport A/S
Hey luke, I am thinking about ditching my summer and winter tires for a set of pilot sport A/S... the roads i drive on are dry or wet (but not snow covered) like 99% of the time. I am sick of switching tires and rims all the time... should I just get a set of these tires? Or is it too good to be true to have good grip on dry pavement and good snow traction?

They're the Bridgestone S-03's of all-season tires. Tire Rack did a test with them against the Sumitomo HTR+ and the Pirelli P7000SS's -- basically, they said that if you had the dollars, get the Pilot Sport A/S's.
However, nothing beats a good set of summer tires for max performance in the dry. If you're willing to make that compromise (less max dry grip for the convenience of not switching tires/rims twice a year), then go for it.
