Figured out how I could get these rims to fit my car.bolt pattern off..but is it safe

Hey guys, I currently have a CLS500 with bolt pattern of 5x112. My friend has these exact rims on his m3 and I LOVE them.

Only problem is the bolt pattern is made for bimmers not benzs . I did some research and it looks like I could possibly get adapters. But I have concerns about these. How safe are they? I'm a real aggressive driver is there a chance they might fail under extreme conditions or they pretty much safe? Do they have side effects..deteriorate tires quicker..etc. anything else I should know.

I wouldn't do it. Aggressive style driving or not. It like the Ford truck wheel that a l m o s t fits a dodge truck. Keep up the good search. There are plenty of wheels out there to fall in love with that are a perfect fit. Mike

Hey Luke, actually just had a guy who works for tire shop also recommend against it but he said if I really wanted wheels adapters should work fine. Can you give me more info(or direct me to a site)why its a bad idea. I know first poster gave general statement "why put something that wasnt made for your car on your car" which I agree with in principal but still don't quite understand what makes this a bad idea. Thx
