E55 wheels on a C63 Offset issues?

2013 Chevy 427 Torch Red
E55 wheels on a C63 Offset issues?
As you can see in the pics my plans to use these wheels as a track set may not work. Is the E55 wheel offset the problem? I have wider rear tires on my stock wheels and they don't rub.
