would this wheel/tire setup work for my 2006 c230?
OEM offset setup is: 17 x 7.5 (fronts) and 17 x 8.5 (rears).
will this offset work for the 2006 c230?
19 x 9.5 (fronts) and 19 X 10 (rears).
what would i need to have this (setup to) fit for my car?

You are not listing the offsets of the 19" wheels you want to use, but they definitely are to wide. Therefore its hard for anybody to tell you. Search the wheel thread in the w203 forum for more info.

here's the specs:
Front: 19x9.5 45et ( large spacer provided) 255/35/19 96Y XL
Rear:19x10 35et (small spacers provided) 296/35/19 100y XL
just by looking at this setup.. i'm thinking these are too wide for the car
