the stock wheels are staggered 18 inch

i bought aftermarket 19 8.5
sl63 amg style 7 wheel

Sorry tires are not my expertise. I would call tire rack and ask them. They should be different size tires if they are staggered though.

edit: oops I just noticed you bought non-staggered.

i went to tirerack to "build" a 19" package for my car, then selected wheel fitting the dimensions you gave, then it came back with that size tire for that wheel, so yes....
