I have changed brakes on many different types of cars but never a MB. I was wondering if there's a way of replacing the front pads without using a SDS tool. I know you can't mess with the brakes when the SBC is active, but is it active just sitting there in the garage closed and locked? What about putting it in neutral? I wouldn't think the SBC would be sending pressure to the brake pistons then!? Any help would be appreciated.
