anyway to get a 5 x 114.3 bolt pattern fit?

anyway to get a 5 x 114.3 bolt pattern fit?

i have a 2003' C240.

this is on 19x8 rims.

i use to have the same rims but 17" and it had fit both my 00' accord(5x114.3) and the mercedes. but those were 17's and they had all sorts of extra holes to make it a universal bolt pattern.

Looks like the offset on those are for a FWD. I would find better wheels, but you can use wobble bolts or adaptors to make them fit if your set on these.

now i remember, i did use adapters and special bolts(shorter).

what size tires would suit a C240 with these rims?
