Question wheel spacers

have a question..for all those with wheel spacers..esp with 20mm+, won't such a thick spacer push the wheel so far out it won't be resting on the wheel spindle (or whatever u call that thing in the middle of the hub the wheel rests on)?

depends on the weather
your assumption about the wheel not resting on the center hub is a major reason spacers are not recommended by many .... including me

If you get a quality hubcentric, TUV approved spacer, you won't have any problems

ok...so that's for hub centric wheels...

ones too fast according to CHP!
Every mercedes IS hub-centric.

Using a spacer like the H&R will have NO detrimental effects as they are HUBCENTRIC - JUST LIKE YOUR CAR!

In fact, you will get a perfromance advantage as you will be increasing your track and that gives the axle more grip!

Thanks

Brad
