Need new tires. Currently have Goodyear Eagle F1 A/S

I'm about to need to get new tires and I DON'T want to get anymore Goodyear Eagle F1 A/S. I put about 20,000 miles on 'em and they are just about completely worn out

My car is a CLK 430.

I would like to get something that will wear much better, yet still perform well for the money in an all season form.

I'm really considering going back to the Michelin PS2s, but would rather not shed out that kind of coin if I don't need to.

Is there any suggestions anyone can give me?
