Does the S65 20" AMG Wheels fit a W204?

W216 CL65 AMG
Wheel widths are A221 401 3201 x 8.5 inch and A221 401 3202 9.5inch (maybe other way around) These are the forged 20 inch wheels and were standard fitting on w215 CL65 AMG (possibly also on w221 S65 AMG)
The rear arches on the CL are slightly rolled to accommodate these wheels with 255 35 20 and 275 35 20 tyres. The offset is 43mm. I am currently running a set of winter tyres on 19" rubber, wheels by Brabus and offset is 30mm front 25mm rear and just about get away with it.
As previously commented the C class w204 would require a much shallower offset which could be achieved with spacers but then you would have problems on wheelarches.
In short NO.
I'm up for buying a couple of these rims for spares if you have them for sale.
