I was putting one of my front wheels back on and while tightening of the lugs, it all of a sudden kept rotating freely. I tried to remove it, and it wouldn't come out. It just kept spinning.

Any advise to remove the lug and how to repair the stripped threads? Should I be cautious of anything in particular. Is the car still driveable?
