Tire size and Brand Rec's on 20 inch Track Setup

Tire size and Brand Rec's on 20 inch Track Setup
Hey All,
I am buying some 20' iForged rims and and going to replace the rear tires for a track (Laguna Seca) setup.
I was wondering what everyone recommends not only for tire size but also for tire brand. The basic choices:
275/30/20 OR 285/25/20
Main choices for tires are:
vRedesign Sessenta
Goodyear Eagle F1 Assymetric <--- Slight preference to these as the F1's I have on my car now are VERY GOOD
Michelin Pilot Sport PS2 - expensive and I didn't like the stock michelins very much (and they're supposed to be 200$ tires)
Pirelli Pzero Nero - yeah yeah I know
lastly Falken 452 - can these tires really hang with the likes of the above brands? cause if they can, it will save me some money, as the wheels are coming with 1 of these already so I would only have to buy 1 tire and not 2.
Lastly I will be taking my car on Laguna Seca on March 8th so I need to get this done ASAP.

This is not for a drag setup, but for handling. I gained 2 more inches of rubber on the road! Not to mention the forged 3 piece wheels are lighter. I know I will take a small hit on acceleration, but at Laguna; how fast you can go around a corner > how fast you can go 0-60mph.
I mean if they are worse I can always run with my 16s on the Goodyear F1's. I bring both sets of wheels anyway.
