SSR GT3- CLK55 W208 fitment ??

I'm looking at a used set ssr gt3's for my "new" '01 clk55 amg (W208). This is my first set of MB wheels. they're 19x8 et37 and 19x9 et37. Will they fit (clear calipers, etc)without spacers?
