Wheel alignment after 19"s??

Hello,
I just installed 19" wheels on my CLK and need some help understanding alignments and the different types.

1)So there is a 'regular' alignment which makes your car track completely straight, but does this only apply for the front, or to the rear as well??

2)Is there another type of alignment to fix camber issues?? The rear of my car looks to be riding on the inside of the tires and not so much on the outside.

3)Do I have to take it to the dealer to have this work done?

4)How much should I expect to pay for this type of work?

This is a bunch of questions, but I think it will help many on the board and truly save me buying 19" tires every month!!

TIA
Nick
