Quit running through construction zones looking for nails, screws, etc to pick up.

What makes you think MBUSA is responsible for you driving around picking up road debris with your tires?

My dealer offered a tire / wheel warranty and they replaced the last tire for free. The nail was in the sidwall and they couldn't patch it. The warranty has already paid for itself.

Unless you have some sort of extra coverage through the dealer, of which you would have paid for, it just a nail in the tire. That however is indeed some rotten luck.
