HELP On Wheel Fitment!!!!!

So I got a great deal on some MRR GT-1s off of a C-class for my 04 CLK500. I didn't think to ask the guy which C-class they where off of until I got home and texted him, come to find out they are off an 08 C350 and the offset is obviously different. Instead of having a 35mm offset they are 45mm. My question to you guys is will I sacrifice my ride if I get spacers? Will i feel a big difference? What are the pro's and con's? Do you guys recommend i go for the spacers or cut my losses and just sell them?

I bough the wheels and toyo tires (at 75% tire tread left) for $700

Wheel Specs:
Wheel Brand: MRR GT1
Wheel Size: 19x8.5 F / 19x8.5 R
Bolt Pattern: 5x112
Wheel Offset: 45MM
Wheel Finish: Silver/Gloss Black
Tire Sizes: 235/35/19 / 265/30/19

Any info is greatly appreciated! THANKS GUYS!

depends on the weather
higher offset will likely cause rubbing of the inner fender liner

Put a set of 10mm hubcentric spacers all the way around (about $100.00)...and you'll be fine. As long as you get hubcentric spacers and longer lugs....you won't notice a difference!!! Enjoy the deal you got buddy!!

Thats a great deal! I would just put 10mm hub centrics all around and see how it goes. On some vehicles, even hub centrics cause vibration and on others, you cant even notice the difference. So I would try it out and see how it goes. Worst case scenario, you could probably sell those and make money off them!
