18" rims for B-class

2003 Dodge Ram 1500 SLT
The optional 18" AMG wheels for the B-Class are
18 x 7" ET49 with 215/40R18.
With your configuration you will have some problems i guess, they are too wide...
And they probably drag on your shocks/struts...
And if you think about the 7" configuration.... don't do it.
I had a similar config. on one of my cars, but with 215/35ZR18... it cost me 4 front tires.
It's just B.S.!!!

I read here http://www.benzworld.org/forums/w245...-18-tires.html that a guy is runnig 225/35 ZR18 18"x8" with no problems.
So i think that 225/40ZR18 18"x8" will be also OK.
But i can buy 18"x8,5" for a good price thats why im asking.
