Question 1958 190 SL

I recently had the booster (professionally) rebuilt on my 1958 190 SL. The brake pads and cylinders were all replaced with parts from a reputable store, and lines were bled properly. When the car is in the air, the brakes stop and release properly, but when driven, the front (only) brakes lock, then take a few minutes to release. Any ideas?
