Yes u can,the bolt pattern is the same.all that matters is whether the offset will fit ur car.honestly I wouldn't dare put audi rims on my mb.but hey if u like go for it.just my 2 cents.

It is NOT a straight swap - MB center bore is 66.5 while Audi's - 57.1. (Except newest Audis like A5/S5, 2009 on A4/S4 - use same center bore as MB's - 66.5. I think going forward they will use 66.5 on all new models - new A8/S8 and so no).
So to fit "older" Audi wheels on MB - 1. drill wheel to increase center bore, or 2. use H&R adapters (not spacers, but adapters), but these adapters are costly - more than $400 for the car and it will lower offset to 15 to 25, depending on a wheel. This may make, depending on MB model, wheels stick past car's fenders. IMO none of the above is a good option, even though Audi does use excellent quality and design(unlike most MBs IMO) for their OEM wheels.

Whenever your cross brand modding on wheels you gotta find the bolt pattern, offset, and center bore. Most people over look the center bore

depends on the weather
Audi wheels have a smaller center bore than Mercedes wheels so, unless you have a machine shop enlarge the centerbore Audi will not work on your Mercedes
