Fitment/Rubbing concern with new rims..

Hello Guys I just had a question since you guys probably know more about this stuff then I do. I currently drive a 2006 CLK 500 with the stock amg rims (17X7.5)/(225/45/17)-Front and (17X8.5)/(245/45/17)- Rear. The car is currently lowered with H&R spring w/ 5mm spacers in the front and 10mm in the rear. As of now there are no rubbing issues at all. My main concern is rubbing with the new rims, so I just wanted to be 100% sure before I went on with the purchase. The new rims are 17x7.5/8 with a 44 offset. I'm not very accurate with this offset stuff so I wanted to see if anyone can give me any insight / advice. Thanks in advanced.

I believe the 44mm offset was directed towards the 17X8 while the 17X7.5 is at a 35mm offset.
