Unhappy spare tire rim

I recently acquired a 1989 300CE, on which a previous owner had mounted 205/50/16 tires on Lorinser rims. Today I discovered that the spare in the trunk is a 15-inch tire mounted on an original W124 rim. As long as I never have to use that spare, this would be a non-issue of course. However, I would feel a lot less apprehensive knowing that I have a spare, which matches all the other tires and rims in size. Now for my question. Is it possible to use a 16-inch rim from another, perhaps later-model, Mercedes? Or, are the bolt patterns and other elements completely different? I doubt very much that I could locate a matching Lorinser rim, especially since I have no clue what model rims are on my car.
