Pop Quiz Luke.

There seems to be a lot of disagreement with regard to the perfect wheel/tire set up for a 1998 C230 (W202). I own a 1998 C230 (W202) and I liked to buy 18” wheels. I do not, however, want to roll any fenders of compromise my tire size to cater to the width of the wheels. Please, please, please recommend the perfect 18” wheel set up for a 1998 C230 that will not require rolling the fenders. For example, 18x8’s all around to allow for easy tire rotation, or the 18x8 & 18x9; or 18x8.5 & 18x9.5 combo. Also provide the ideal offsets to accompany your tire/wheel package.

Thank you!!!

Luke

Nevermind Luke. I just got off Tirrack and I'm best going 18x8's all around with 225/40/18! That works for me.

Thanks.

depends on the weather
18x8 ET35 with a 225/40-18 works perfectly
