2015 Audi A4, 2017 GLC43

Mille Miglia EV-R or similar

I believe the Mille Miglia wheels are all discontinued now but wondering if anyone knows of a wheel that looks similar to the Mille Miglia EV-R, perhaps without the rivets even as I'd prefer it without the rivets. These would be going on a C204 all wheel drive. I'd be happy with an 18" rim. Thanks for any info.
