Most likely the answer is no.
Besides being at least 1/2" too narrow both front and rear, W208 wheels are drilled for 12mm diameter bolts - W211s use 14mm. W208 wheels may not (or they may, one needs to try out) have holes wide enough to accept 14mm W211 bolts.
