I recently purchased my SLK350, it currently has Kumho ecsta asx's all round. The fronts are in good condition but the rears will need replacing soon. Should I stick with the Kumho's, can I mix different tires front to back, I like the Continental Extreme Contact's review but it has a lower traction ratiing, the Michelin Pilot has a good review too and higher traction and price, though I had them on my BMW and were good tires. I'm not a boy racer and am not going to go flying around race tracks etc, I do like to use the acceleration when the opportunity arises - don't we all!! So guys and gals any advice here over value, performance and longevity will be greatly appreciated.
