Could A Camber Kit Help Me?

I have put new wheels and Kuhmo Ecsta tires on my S class. I have also had the car lowered about 1.25 inches by a MB STAR machine.
I cannot determine the cause of the vibration at highway speeds. It is most prevalent between 70 and 80mph. It literally rattles the rear view mirror and you can unmistakably feel it in the seat and floor, not the steering wheel.
I had the wheels road force balanced and the car aligned.

My question: if the alignment was out after lowering the car and could not be brought into spec (3 wheels in the red), could a quality camber kit help me with the vibration in addition to getting the car aligned properly?
