Thinking of picking up this set of wheels but all 4 wheels at worst look like this. There is an alloy repair guy that's local but I am unsure whether or not this will be a job for someone who professionally replaces lips?

Look fixable but the lips appear to be chrome. Redoing chrome gets expensive. New outers are expensive. Personally, I would keep looking unless they were a steal. GL.
