Adjustable shocks for CL203?

Adjustable shocks for CL203?
I was looking at the penske and the koni *adjustable shocks.
The penske's are too high end for my pocket. I don't like the fact that the Rear Koni needs to be removed to be adjusted. I want to be able to adjust all four corners on the fly.
Can someone recommend a set of decent struts that are externally adjustable while on the vehicle.
