W220 (S class) rims on a W209?
I have a chance to pick up a cheap set of staggered (8.5J & 9J) 18" AMG rims off a 2003 S Class. I need to know how these would match up to my 2006 CLK 350?
I already understand that the holes are 14mm vs 12mm but this can be pretty easily overcome using the right bolts. What Im much more concerned about is how the offset matches up.

More information I found;
Front alloy wheels: 18x8.5" ET44
Wheel part number: AMG B66031240
Additional alloy part number: A2204013602
Rear alloy wheels: 18x9" ET46
Wheel part number: AMG B66031241
Additional alloy part number: A2204013702
So the way IM reading this they should work with 10mm spacers front and 12mm spacers rear?

Not the same ones then, Im spending about 1/3 of that which is why its worth it to have to mess around with spacers etc
Can someone confirm that 18x18.5 front and 18x9 rear with a 34 offset will clear an 06 CLK350 with H&R springs?
What kind of rubber should I be looking for?
