S550 Offset opinions requested - please
I have asked this a few times in other threads and done extensive searching but cannot seem to find as much info as i would have thought regarding the impact of various offsets for my S550. The dealer is blank and has nothing to share; they did share a local tire guy that they use and he said stick to the factory offset only; then some websites offer 35 for this car even though my factory set is 43.
Can those that know more about this than I please share your thoughts, actual experiences and pictures if you have them?
Also the impact of the offset changes to an 18, vs a 19, vs a 20. Staggered vs non-staggered, etc.

Your S-Class uses an offset between 42 and 48 millimeters.
Typically the more common 35mm offset wheel have a lower load capacity. If that is the case with the wheels you are considering they would not be recommended for your 4000+ pound S-Class ... double check that the wheels do ave the proper load rating (750 kilo).

thanks. i would not have thought to double check the load capacity but will. Any other concerns?
