fitment of 20" wheels on W140
A friend of mine has some 20" Lowenhart wheels which he is willing to sell me for my W140 S600. They came off a CLS550, will they fit?
These are the specs:
Front: 20x9" offset 22 with 255/30/20
Rear: 20x11" offset 31 with 305/25/20
I really love the rims, do you think they will fit my car?
If not, what should I be looking for as far as rim/tire/offsets?

OK.
Wheels will not fit - way too wide and very aggressive offsets - will stick out a lot.
Tires are too short (both front & rear) in diameter (by 1") and too wide in the back.
Wheels that fit: same widths and offsets as W220/W221/W215/W216.
Tires should be 255/35-20 front & 285/30-20 rear (245/35 & 275/30 will work too).

W140 20" wheel offset
Is the consensus here that for 20" the ideal flush setup would be 20x9.5 ET35 front and 20x10 rear ET30? That's what Carlsson uses and they sit pretty darn flush.
What size tires would be right for that setup?
