215/55-16 vs 205/55-16
CLK rim with 205/55-16 tire, can I replace tire size with 215/55/16?

What is your objective you want low profile look, you want traction, you want hard rubber or softer rubber. you have to ask your self first so your tire guys can help you. Do you drive a long way everday do you drive fast round corner?????????????

I want to reuse tires which were brought for my 96 W210 a year ago. Traded the E for the CLK lately. Pick up a set of nice CLK rims and want to remount the 215/55/16 tire on them. Btw its for winter use.
