ABC lowering
Hi!
I need some advise...
I just bought some kleemann wheels and a Kleemann ABC lowering module for my CL500.
I'm waiting for delivery so I have no idea what the module looks like. From what I have heard it's just a box you plug into the place of the old one.
Is it possible to do it by myself? the car-dealers charge an arm and a leg for this job so I'd like to see if I can do it myself.
Any help and advice would be much appreciated...

The Lowering module is fairly straight forward to install. It is however, not a plug and play device, meaning it does not just "plug in". The module is spliced into the ABC control module in series. I would highly recommend having the moudule installed by an authorized KLEEMANN representitive. The module is adjustable by the installer, and a very specific procedure needs to be followed for final adjustments. If it's convinient, Have an authorized KLEEMANN rep. do the install, that way the KLEEMANN warranty is valid, and you'll have the piece of mind that it was done correctly the first time.
