question
hi all, new here nice to meet everyone

does anyone know if my model is the exact same as any us vehicle?
i have a 2008 e300 4matic but it is only available in canada and im not sure why so when i buy parts i have limitied options

anyhelp? i need brakes, rotors, etc

also how many litres of oil does this car take on the oil change? does anyone know?

thanks a bunch!!
