2 different sets of tires ok?

Hi. Question about my Lexus. SC430. I have Generals on it now, and got a flat. Turns out, they are discontinued tires. Can I put a different set of tires on the rear or do I need to change all four? (tread on the other three are almost new). I am hoping I can just swap out the rear axle set??

Thanks!

So leave the other three as they are, and throw on a new DIFFERENT BRAND tire for the fourth tire?
