F*cked up my rear brakes

I got new rims about a month ago and everything was great. Since I live in NYC I went out today and got locks for them. The locks were alittle longer then the other bolts but i thought that shouldn't be a problem. After putting them on and backing out of the driveway I heard a "clunk" from the back drivers side wheel. Not knowing what it was I backed out the rest of the way and parked it in front of the house. I took out all the locks and reinstalled the old lugs but now I'm hearing a squealing and a clicking from the rear drivers side wheel. I'm taking it in tomorrow. I'm pretty sure it was the lug bolts. Now for the big question..... What did I f*ck up? I read somewhere about an e-brake, could I have damagethis?

Sounds like the dreaded transverse muffler bearing.

Big, big $$ to fix that.

Emergency Brake

You most likely messed up your emergency brake. Try putting on the emergency brake and see if the car will move forward. If so, than that is what has happened. I too did this once, and removed the studs immidiately. I was lucky, no dammage, but your story sounds different.
