Wheel adapter needed for '87 300E

Question Wheel adapter needed for '87 300E
New to the board here, and first question..

We have a '87 300e w/ about 260K on it. Still running great.

I'm looking to reuse a set of wheels from my other car on the 300e.

These wheels are 16x7.5 bolt pattern 5x100mm and a 35mm offset.

I have found that the 300e has a 5x112mm bolt pattern. Can anyone direct me to a place where I can buy an adapter/spacer so I can use these wheels?
